Candidates have to apply online only through the official CSIR-CFTRI website i.e. https://cftri.res.in or https://admissions.cftri.res.in from 23 September, 2024 at 10:00am to 11 November, 2024 at 05:00pm on your Browser (Preferably Google Chrome).

No other means/mode of application will be accepted.

1. Candidates should have a valid E-mail id which should be kept active till the final selection. This is essential for him/her in getting communication advice, etc. by E-mail. Candidates are also advised to keep checking their spam/junk mail box, in addition to inbox folder. No change in E-mail id will be entertained during the entire process of the admissions.
2. The candidate is required to keep details about bio-data/necessary details ready to enable him/her to fill up the application form correctly and to make payment of application fee through NEFT / International Money Order / Wire Transfer. The name of the candidate or his/her father/mother/husband etc., should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates/mark sheets.
3. Scan your Photograph, Signature, proof of date of birth, qualifying educational certificates (10th / High School onwards), Bonafide Certificate from the Head of Institution in respect of Diploma and/or Degree, present/last employment certificate, Sponsorship Letter (if applicable), caste certificate (if applicable), disability certificate (if applicable) and any other supporting documents.

1. Upload jpeg or jpg file only, sized less than 50 kb (200 pixels in height and 150 pixels in width).
2. Photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture, against a light-coloured,(preferably white) background.
3. Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.
4. If you have to use flash, ensure there is no "red-eye".
5. If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen.
6. Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious head wear is allowed but it must not cover your face.

3. The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
4. The Applicant's signature obtained on the attendance sheet at the time of the interview should match with the uploaded signature. In case of mismatch, the candidate may be disqualified.

1. Scanned Copy for the proof of date of birth: Upload pdf file only, sized less than 1 MB.
2. Scanned Copy of educational qualifications (10th / High School onwards): Upload certificate for each qualification as a separate pdf file of less than 1 MB. Upload the passing certificate and the semester wise mark sheet in a single merged pdf file.
3. Scanned Copy of Bonafide Certificate from the Head of Institution in respect of Diploma and/or Degree, sized less than 1 MB
4. Scanned Copy of experience certificate: Upload certificate for experience claimed in the application as a separate pdf of less than 1 MB.
5. Scanned Copy of caste & Disability certificate, if applicable: Upload pdf file only, sized less than 1 MB
6. Sponsorship Letter, if applicable: Upload pdf file only, sized less than 1 MB
7. Scanned Copy of Any other supporting documents: Upload pdf file only, sized less than 1 MB.

5. Candidate should fill the correct information and will be held responsible for any typographical or other errors in data feeding. Later no request will be entertained for correction.
6. Candidate can Login any number of times and fill information in the above mentioned pages. He/She need to save/ update the contents to preserve the filled information.
7. After filling information in all the pages and uploading the documents, candidate can preview and verify the entire application form before finally clicking SUBMIT APPLICATION button.
8. Please note application form details can't be changed or edited after the final submission. Please ensure that all the details are checked before clicking the OK button.
9. Candidates are requested to make payment through NEFT / International Money Order / Wire Transfer and need to fill-in the payment details and upload a scanned copy of Payment Receipt/Challan in the online application before the the final Submission of Online application for successful submission of the application and generating print-out of the Form.
10. Hardcopy/Printout of the online application form duly signed along with photograph and all necessary enclosures must be sent by Speed Post / Registered Post / Courier to The Coordinator, ISMT, CSIR-Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysuru, Karnataka-570020, India so as to reach on or before the closing date:
    
    1. Copy of Receipt/Challan for the payment of Application Fee
    2. Colored photograph pasted on the form and signed across in full
    3. Self-attested photocopy of 10th/12th class certificate indicating Date of Birth.
    4. Self-Attested photocopies of educational qualifications certificates.
    5. Self-Attested photocopy Bonafide Certificate from the Head of Institution in respect of Diploma and/or Degree.
    6. Sponsorship Letter, if applicable.
    7. Self-Attested photocopy of SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD certificate, if applicable.
    8. Self-Attested photocopies of experience certificates, whenever required.
    9. All other supportive documents in support of your application.
